Stacy-Lee Sauve-Clark collection

Collection comprises pencil sketches by Stacy-Lee Sauve-Clark of the residential schools that existed in Spanish, Ontario.  Collection also includes a single copy of Katonik Anishinabe Enakmigak (1948) and four window frames from St. Charles Garnier Indian Residential School (Spanish, Ontario).

Shingwauk Project collection

Collection comprises material generated or collected by the Shingwauk Project staff and participants. Collection includes photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, reports, student newspapers, interview transcriptions, audio recordings, project outlines, meeting minutes, photo albums, and other material.

Shingwauk Indian Residential School fonds

Fonds comprises records relating to the administration of the Shingwauk Indian Resdiential School.  Includes principal letter books, annual reports, financial records, photographs, printing press materials, Indian Homes Committee records, and other material.

Shingwauk Indian Residential School collection

Fonds comprises records collected by the Shingwauk Project and Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre which document the history of the Shingwauk Residential School.  Fonds includes administrative records, quarterly returns, student records, property records, correspondence, and reports.

Collection comprises a death register from McIntosh Indian Residential School and a photograph of Saul Day during his time at Residential School.

Ruth A. Cox-Ingle fonds

Fonds comprises three series, the Residential School documents and photographs series, the Cox-Ingle memorial series, and the Anglican parish newsletter series. The first series contains material from Ruth and Fred Cox's time working in Residential Schools. This includes music books, a copy of "Shingwauk Hall" by Fred B. Ingle, and photographs of from Ruth Ingle's time working in residential schools. Photographs include students, staff, and activities at Shingwauk Indian Residential School, Fort George Indian Residential School, and Ruth's time training in Chapleau.

The second series comprises material created during the establishment, development, and implementation of the Ruth and Fred Ingle Memorial collection and fund. The series includes a number of photographs from a photo identification trip taken to Fort George by Don Jackson. The final series comprises Anglican Church monthly newsletters from parishes attended by Ruth Cox-Ingle including St. John's Parish Monthly, Church of St. John the Baptist Parish Monthly, and the Eskimo publications.

Collection comprises research notes, research material, and writing compiled and created by Mark Solomon in relation to the Shingwauk and Wawanosh Indian Residential Schools. The majority of this collection was compiled by Mark Solomon in 2003 when he was working on his Master's thesis.

Ken Ingle fonds

Fonds comprises letters, estate documentation, and publications about the Ingle family, Sault Ste Marie, and the Shingwauk Indian Residential School.

John Edmonds collection
Collection comprises photographs of St. Thomas Parish buildings and local clergy.
Indian Affairs collection

Collection comprises records created by the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development pertaining to residential schools and the administration of First Nation affairs. Collection comprises eight series, including : Access to information requests series, Annual reports series, Central registry files series, Control number data files series, Headquarters files series, Information sheet series, List number data files series, School files series, Treaty series. These series contain a variety of material including: correspondence, letters, transcripts, annual reports, data files, access to information requests, central registry files and other material.

Collection comprises textual records and graphic material relating to the family of James Graham Butchart and Mary Jane Moore.
